Types of Photo Shoots & Photo Shoot Preparation

Photoshoot Preparation:

• It is the responsibility of the agent to prepare the homeowner for the photo shoot. The property should be photo-ready and/or “staged” prior to the arrival of the photographer.
• Photographers are not responsible for cleaning or rearranging. Additionally, it is best not to have the homeowner present (if possible).
• If the photographer arrives at the property and the homeowner is not prepared, the agent must reschedule the photo shoot and a $50 fee will be incurred.
• The agent should also notify the photographer of any special showing instructions, i.e., alarm codes, gate codes, etc. If the photographer cannot access the property, the photographer will attempt to contact the agent by phone. If the photo shoot must be rescheduled, a $50 fee will be incurred.

Pre-List Photoshoots:

• CBV offers our agents the opportunity to schedule photoshoots before their listing is active in the MLS. This service can be ordered as a Pre-List through CBVConnectU.com.
• Photos will be uploaded to agent’s “incomplete” folder for listing in the MLS.
• When ordering pre-list service, please make sure you have created an “incomplete” listing in the MLS. If a property is not in the agent’s “incomplete” folder at the time we attempt to upload, it will be moved to the next day’s processing. No exceptions.
• Properties not listed within 30 days will be billed $50 photo service fee.

Residential Lots & Commercial Properties:

• Residential lots can be photographed if requested. Lot photos will be taken from the street if not cleared, and if cleared, the photographer must have safe access to the property.

• If you would like to schedule a photo-shoot for Commercial Property, please contact photography through CBVConnectU.com. There is a $50 fee for this service.

Rental Properties:

• Rental Properties can be photographed if requested.
• If you would like to schedule a photo-shoot for Rental Property, please contact photography through CBVConnectU.com. There is a $50 fee for this service.

Amenity/Community Photoshoots:

• Amenity photography can be ordered by contacting photography through CBVConnectU.com.
• Requests for area photos must be specific by contacting photography through CBVConnectU.com.
• CBV will only shoot amenities on sunny days, by contacting photography through CBVConnectU.com.
