Why Didn't I See My E-card Go Out?
There are typically two reasons why you didn't see your e-card go out. The reasons are as follows:
1. You Accidentally Unsubscribed:
Problem: If you unsubscribe from an email list, you will not receive any email from that list. The unsubscribe button is at the bottom of the email and it says 'SafeUnsubscribe.' It looks like this:

Solution: You will have to contact us to be able to resubscribe. We can send you a screenshot of the e-card that went out to your clients if you need it.
2. You were never on the list:
Problem: When you submitted your customer list on CBVConnectU, you didn't include your own email.

Solution: Make sure to email Natalie Williams at natalie@cbvfl.com If you want to changes to your customer list. If you try to change the list in the Matrix, it will make duplicate orders.
